Estimating Project Size

All applicants need to explicitly state the size and scope of their project. For the sequencing applications indicate target sizes for the individual regions. For all requests, indicate either the total amount of bases to be sequenced (Total sample size x (baseline sequenced covered/sample); Sequencing application) or the total number of genotypes to be produced (Total sample size x genotypes/sample; Genotyping application). Examples of project sizes and calculations are found in the application templates and also in the FAQ section of this Web site.

PDF Converters

The application process only accepts files in Portable Document Format (PDF). Several products and services are available to create PDF files, some of which are included in this Resources for PDF Products list.
