Resequencing Application Instructions
Things to Know Before You Begin:
- All submitted documentation must be in PDF format.
- You will be required to justify any non-Coriell samples being submitted.
- You will be required to provide a complete outline of the phenotypic evaluation of study subjects.
- You will be required to provide description information and coverage preference for every region being investigated. Use the Resequencing Estimation Table to determine the size of the region in base pairs.
- You will be required to provide a justification and future plans of your project.
- You may use no more than ten pages to complete the application. Supporting documents are not included in this number.
- Any biographical sketches of key personnel must be in NIH format. The template for that format is available at http://grants2.nih.gov/grants/funding/phs398/biosketch.pdf
